Just log in to your Clutter account, then click “Schedule Appointment” to schedule a return. You’ll browse items in your online photo inventory, and choose the ones you’d like back. Clutter offers a few different options for getting your items back.
With our standard Clutter delivery option, our team of trained professionals will bring your items to your location. Your location must be within our standard service area. Dates can book up which will then make it unavailable.
There is also a shipping option where we will ship you your items via FedEx. This option is available for boxes and containers only. We can ship your boxes to anywhere in the United States, and the destination does not have to be within our standard service area.
For final returns, we offer a few more options for getting all of your items back.
We offer a Warehouse pickup where you or a moving company comes to our storage facility to pick up your items. In order to manage the number of customers picking up items from the warehouse, these appointments are capped each day. If the option is showing as unavailable, then it means that the warehouse is unable to take any more appointments.
