When can I schedule a delivery of my items in Callbox storage?
Callbox is pausing new pickup appointments during this transition. However, delivery appointments will still be offered based on availability.
By June 5, 2023 every Callbox customer will have received their Clutter activation email. Once you receive your Clutter activation email, your items can be viewed in your online Clutter account, and new pickup and delivery appointments can be scheduled there.
Will Clutter honor my monthly storage rate?
Yes, Clutter will honor your monthly storage rate, and like your agreement with Callbox, will provide notice of any future changes to that rate in a timely manner.
Will Clutter honor my Callbox Protection Plan?
Yes. If you have an active Protection Plan with Callbox, Clutter will automatically enroll you in a Protection Plan with the same level of coverage (up to $5,000 worth of coverage). The coverage amount will be honored less any claims compensation that you have already received. Claims related to any damage or loss that incurred while in Callbox’s custody, however, will need to be submitted to Callbox for review.
How will Clutter final return fees compare to those of Callbox?
Callbox customers will transition to Clutter’s appointment pricing. Clutter’s final return fees depend on size, time of month, and other factors. Please reach out to Clutter for additional details.
Can I exit my items before June through Callbox?
Yes. Any exits before the transition will still go through Callbox Storage.
