We’ve made it super simple to stay ahead on all of your bills! Just check out the Upcoming Bill page after logging into your account, or visit account.clutter.com/billing/upcoming. From there you can select Prepay Upcoming Bills and enter the amount you want applied to future billing.
Prepayments work like credit – we apply the credits to your account based upon how much you want to pay. Those will be used on your next monthly bill, or the appointment bill. Prepayments can only be paid with the default payment method on your account.
If you have no active Clutter subscription or scheduled appointments, there isn’t a prepay option. First you’ll want to sign up for Warehouse Storage, Self-Storage or schedule a move.
