Clutter allows customers to change a monthly bill date once every six months. After your due date is changed, you’ll be charged every month on that date effective immediately.
When a bill date is changed, your first new bill will include new monthly billing charges and any leftover dues from the end of your previous cycle. Said another way: Unpaid charges that fell between the previous due date and your new due date, will be included in the first bill on the new date.
After the first bill on your new date, monthly charges will be at the normal rate.
You can request a new billing date by contacting our support team below and providing a few details, including the date/month that you wish to switch to. A member of the Clutter's Customer Experience team will respond to your request as soon as possible, usually within 4 business hours and let you know the ways we can help.
