Clutter is flexible with your time. To reschedule any appointment, just login to your account and check the Appointments section or visit account.clutter.com/appointments. From there find your appointment, you’ll have the option to reschedule and set a new date.
Just be sure to do it 48 hours ahead of your original appointment. If you need to reschedule within two days of your original date, a $100 rescheduling fee applies.
If you’re having trouble lining up a move with Clutter’s available dates and times, contact our support team with some dates and times that may work better for you. A member of the Clutter's Customer Experience team will respond to your request as soon as possible, usually within 4 business hours and let you know the ways we can help.
