Clutter is able to apply a coupon on accounts before the first appointment has been completed. Only 1 coupon per account is allowed. If you have already completed your first appointment with Clutter, we are unable to apply the coupon on your account. Coupons can vary as credits towards future invoices or immediate discounts on appointment or storage costs.
If you successfully applied a coupon during the checkout process on our website, you can review billed invoices inside the billing history section of your Account Portal.
If you purchased a Groupon promotion and did not apply it prior to your first appointment, we are unable to retroactively apply the coupon. Please contact Groupon’s customer service for a potential refund of your purchase.
