While we can’t change your billing date for a single month, you can manage monthly payments, with Clutter in other ways:
Permanently Change your Bill Date
Any day of the month is an option, except for the 29th, 30th, or 31st. If you request one of those days, your account will default to the 28th of each month. If you have a past due balance on your account, this would need to be paid in order to change a bill date for future payments. Any unpaid charges that fell between the previous due date and your new due date will be included in the first bill on the new date.
Prepay your Bill in Advance
Prepayments work like credit – we apply the credits to your account based upon how much you want to pay. Those will be used on your next monthly bill, or your upcoming appointment bill. You can prepay a bill anytime, so long as your account is current.
Late Payment Grace Period
We provide a 7-day grace period on past due invoices, before late fees apply. When you are ready to make a payment, you can do so through your Account Portal.
