While we can’t change your billing date for a single month, you can manage monthly payments, with Clutter in other ways:
Permanently change your billing date
If you want to make a permanent change to your dues date and you haven’t done so within the past six months, please contact us. But we want to be upfront: You’ll be locked into your new billing date for the next six months of active subscription.
Prepay your bill in advance
Prepayments work like credit – we apply the credits to your account based upon how much you want to pay. Those will be used on your next monthly bill, or the appointment bill. You can prepay a bill anytime.
Late payment grace period
If you’re a Warehouse Storage customer, you can enjoy a 30 day grace period before incurring any late fees. For Clutter Self-Storage customers, we can only grant a 5 day grace period before late fees are charged to your account.
To pay any past dues, log into your account and go to the Pay Bill section.
