To remove a payment method, log into your account and visit the Payments section or visit account.clutter.com/billing/payments. You’ll notice the option to remove a credit or debit card you want to remove – simply select Remove.
Clutter requires at least one standard debit or credit card on file for all customers. If you have items in storage with Clutter, we can’t remove all past card details until you enter a new payment method first.
