To add/remove items from your upcoming pickup appointment, login to your account and visit the Appointments section or visit account.clutter.com/appointments.
- For initial appointments, click “Tell us what you’ll store”
- For all other appointments, find your appointment and click “Update items”
- Follow the steps for updating your inventory
You have up until the movers arrive to add/remove items for pickup.
To add/remove items to be returned from the Clutter warehouse to your home, set an appointment by visiting the Appointments section or account.clutter.com/appointments. You can update the items to be returned from your inventory up to the departure date. We’ll let you know if things are already in transit, and if it’s too late to update the shipment you can always schedule another appointment.
