After your move is successful, Clutter will notify you with a link to help you rate your movers and add a tip, which is split evenly between the movers. Cash tips are also fair game, but if you liked your service the best place to add a tip is through the link!
If your link expired or you can’t locate it, our support team is happy to help. Just contact our support team with the amount you’d like to tip, and Clutter will process it using your default payment method. We’ll notify you and send receipt of payment within four business hours of your original request.
