You are able to modify upcoming appointment details through your online Clutter Account Portal!
Navigate to the Appointments tab. If you need to cancel or reschedule to another date, select either of those buttons.
For further appointment modifications, select the View/Edit Details button. From there, you can update the address of the appointment, the Day-of-Contact information, and item based information for your return or pickup! Keep in mind that item based changes must be done more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date before the route is finalized.
