Smart Storage customers can schedule returns to any location within the service area associated with the original service location. Many of our service areas extend to multiple counties and states. Depending on your original service location, Clutter may offer alternative return options such as shipments of eligible items or Warehouse Pickups. Navigate to your online Clutter Account Portal and start the return scheduling process to see all the service options available to you.
Another option is that Clutter can deliver your items to your 3rd-party moving company at any address within the service area. Once received, your 3rd party mover would deliver your items to your requested location outside of the Clutter service area.
If we meet your 3rd-party moving company at the location you choose, we'd unload your items near their vehicle so they can load your items into their truck. Clutter does not load a 3rd-party moving company’s truck for liability reasons. Clutter doesn't have direct partnerships with 3rd-party moving companies at this time, so you’d make the arrangements with a 3rd-party company & have the freedom to choose whichever company you'd like. Please keep in mind that Clutter doesn’t cover the cost of 3rd-party movers.
