Per Clutter's Terms of Service, we do not prorate the final month of storage. Your Account Portal at Clutter.com has a Get Help section that would provide your account with any resolution you may be eligible for. Once your Final Return has been completed, simply follow these instructions:
1) To start, go to Clutter.com and “Log In” to your account portal. Once logged in, you will click your name in the upper right-hand corner and select the Get Help section.
2) Then, for I need help with…, you'll select Billing & Payments.
3) Then, select I need my final bill prorated.
4) Any eligible resolution Clutter could offer you would show there.
