On the day of your appointment, your Move & Pack Team will send you a text with an estimated time of arrival when they are headed your way.
If you are running late for your appointment, Contact Customer Care. The labor clock will begins when the Clutter team arrives (you will be notified via text message). The team will wait up to 30 minutes for you to arrive before canceling your pickup and heading to the next appointment.
