With Clutter, initial pickup and final delivery are always free, and we strive to make interim pickups and deliveries free as well. In order to continue offering this free service, we limit this offer to our individual customers. To ensure that all customers have access to convenient appointment times, we ask that you take steps to limit the frequency of your appointments, including combining appointments and booking no more than one appointment at a time.
Customers who are interested in the commercial use of Clutter’s services, including more frequent pickup and delivery appointments, are encouraged to reach out our Care team to learn more about our Enterprise plans.
If we identify that your appointment activity exceeds the frequency we typically see with our individual customers, we reserve the right to limit your monthly appointments, or convert your account to our Enterprise plan.
