One of the major benefits of storing with Clutter is the ability to seamlessly upgrade and downgrade your storage needs. Whether you need more space than you originally thought to accommodate a large move or less space after having a large portion of your storage delivered to you, Clutter makes it easy for our customers to adjust their storage sizes as needed.
Upgrades
Clutter Storage upgrades happen automatically on an as-needed basis so you will always have the space you need to accommodate the items you have.
During an appointment, if you discover that you have more items than originally thought or just decided to add more items than originally planned, Clutter can upgrade you onsite. When your appointment ends, your team will notify you of your new monthly rate.
If at any point feel you are being upgraded in error, feel free to contact Customer Care at (800) 805-4023 and a Care Agent will evaluate your storage plan for you.
Downgrades
If your current storage space is too large for the amount of items you are storing, you may qualify for a storage downgrade. Being downgraded will decrease the size of your storage plan as well as your storage price.
While Clutter Storage upgrades happen automatically, downgrades do not. We leave your space open for your use when booking a pickup of more items to add to your account. In order to downgrade your storage space, call Customer Care at (800) 805-4023 and a Care Agent will be able to evaluate your storage space and assess potential for downgrade.
