Reschedule An Appointment
In the event plans change and you need to reschedule an upcoming appointment, you may do so through your online portal with a few simple steps!
To reschedule your appointment:
- Navigate to your online portal and click Appointments near the top-left corner of the webpage.
- Select the appointment that you’d like to reschedule.
- Click Reschedule.
- Select a new available date. Grey boxes represent unavailable dates. White boxes represent available dates. Selecting a date will result in a teal box.
Note: You may see pricing in some cases. These represent premium days and may result in additional costs due to demand.
- Select an available arrival window > Click Save Changes.
- Your new appointment has been successfully updated!
Reschedule Policies:
- Reschedules that take place within 48-hours of an appointment’s arrival window will result in a $100 reschedule fee. Example: An appointment that is scheduled for April 6th with an arrival window of 7am-10am will have to be rescheduled before April 4th, 7am.
- Rescheduling one appointment more than once will result in a $100 reschedule fee.
Cancelling an Appointment
In the event plans change and you need to cancel an upcoming appointment, you may do so by calling into our Customer Care center at (800) 805-4023 and inform a Customer Care Agent.
Cancellation Policies:
- Cancellations that take place within 48-hours of an appointment’s arrival window will result in a $100 fee. Example: An appointment that is scheduled for April 6th with an arrival window of 7am-10am will have to be canceled before April 4th, 7am.
