Beginning March 13th, all items in Shed storage will transition into Clutter's state of the art facilities. As part of this transition, Clutter will inventory every single item, so that when Shed customers activate their Clutter account, they'll see an accurate representation of their items online.
Using Clutter's online account, customers will be able to request the delivery of any item(s), or schedule a pickup of additional items at their convenience.

When can I schedule a delivery of my items in Shed storage?
Effective today March 10th, Shed is pausing new pickup appointments.
From March 10th - March 13th, Shed will have limited availability for delivery appointments. Contact Shed at 1-855-708-7433 to schedule a delivery appointment during this time.
Starting March 13th, delivery appointments from Shed will be paused as we conduct the transition. Clutter will inventory every item in storage, and will send an account activation email as items are processed.
By early April, every Shed customer will have received their Clutter activation email. Once you receive your Clutter activation email, your items can be viewed in your online Clutter account, and new pickup and delivery appointments can be scheduled.
Will Clutter honor my monthly storage rate?
Yes, Clutter will honor your monthly storage rate, and like your agreement with Shed, will provide notice of any changes to that rate.
Will Clutter honor my Shed Protection Plan?
Yes. If you have an active Protection Plan with Shed, Clutter will automatically enroll you in a Protection Plan with the same level of coverage. The coverage amount will be honored less any claims compensation that you have already received. Claims related to any damage or loss that incurred while in Shed’s custody, however, will need to be submitted to Shed for review.
What does it cost to schedule a pickup or delivery appointment with Clutter?
Clutter’s appointment pricing is different from Shed’s. We think you’ll find the rates for our hassle-free appointments better than any moving service. Appointment costs can range in price depending on how many items we’re picking up or dropping off, but start with a per-item fee of just $9 and a per-appointment fee of $49.
