Beginning September 1st, all items in Callbox storage Seattle will transition into Clutter's smart-storage facilities. As part of this transition, Clutter will inventory every single item, so that when Callbox customers activate their Clutter account, they'll see an accurate representation of their items online.
Using Clutter's online account, customers will be able to request the delivery of any item(s), or schedule a pickup of additional items at their convenience.

When can I schedule a delivery of my items in Callbox storage?
Effective August 31st, Callbox is pausing new pickup appointments. By Mid September, all customer goods will be transferred to Clutter’s storage facility and you can book a new appointment. In the meantime, you can activate your new Clutter account here. If you are already a Clutter customer, simply login to your account as usual.
Will Clutter honor my monthly storage rate?
Yes, Clutter will honor your monthly storage rate, and like your agreement with Callbox, will provide notice of any changes to that rate.
Will Clutter honor my Callbox Protection Plan?
Yes. If you have an active Protection Plan with Callbox, Clutter will automatically enroll you in a Protection Plan with the same level of coverage. The coverage amount will be honored less any claims compensation that you have already received. Claims related to any damage or loss that incurred while in Callbox’s custody, however, will need to be submitted to Callbox for review.
How will Clutter item pickup and return fees compare to those of Callbox?
Clutter and Callbox have a similar fee structure, inclusive of item-level charges and hourly labor charges, for item-level pickup and returns and final returns. All former Callbox customers will now be under Clutter’s fee structure. In some cases, pickup and return fees will be lower and in other cases pickup and return fees will be higher, depending on the specifics of the pickup/return. Clutter always aims to minimize customer fees, including offering parcel shipping (FedEx/UPS/USPS) for returns when possible and allowing final returns to be completed at our warehouse.
